About Ms. Pulvermacher
I view Social Studies as the foundation for developing active and aware citizens—in both a global and local context. It is my goal to facilitate the knowledge of Social Studies in a student-centered environment that promotes 21st century skills and state objectives, as well as cultural awareness and tolerance.
I'm a graduate of UW-Whitewater with a major in History and Secondary Education, as well as a minor in Political Science. While in college I took advantage of many opportunities to travel. I have studied in London, which provided me quick access to backpack other areas of Europe, and I have also completed a portion of my student teaching in rural Jamaica. Next to teaching, traveling and meeting others around the world is my passion.
Never hesitate to call, email, or stop in if you have any concerns about your class progress OR your child's progress. My job is to help you.
